These unusual vintage bronze bookends date from around 1960s/70s, possibly Iberian (Spanish/Portugese). They are bronze cast and cold painted black.

These vintage bronze bookends are in great condition for their age.
There are a few areas where the black paint has chipped away but this is hardly noticeable due to the dark aged bronze finish beneath.
